Daniel was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama.  He graduated from Theodore High School, and then graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design where he earned a BFA majoring in Sequential Art.  But when it comes to painting he is self-taught.  Daniel has won numerous awards for his art, including "Best Horror" in the 2003 and 2008 Dragon*Con Art Shows in Atlanta, Georgia.  Daniel currently resides in Mobile, with his wife Melissa and their five cats.
