Davey Beauchamp is an author who has no idea what he is doing at any given
moment, as he is being pulled in numerous directions at once. He graduated
college with a B.A. in English with emphasis in Creative and Professional
writing.

After college, he did write a book that was published, but he considers it
his college horror film because it was that bad. Next he published the
first book in his Agency 32 series, Agency 32: The Chelten Affair.

The next book in the Agency 32 series is currently being shopped. In
addition, he has been writing original audio dramas based on Amazing Pulp
Adventures, Starring Mister Adventure, a young adult novel which is being
shopped. The audio dramas are being produced and podcasted by Outcast
Media. APA, Starring Mister Adventure was nominated for a Parsec Award in
Best Audio Drama – Long Form.

Currently, he is working on two podcasts of his own. The first being all
the crazy people in my head – a podcast where you never know what is going
to come next. The other is a podcast for the Lexington Library, which
features everything from book reviews to author interviews and everything
in between.

When hurricane Katrina hit he knew that he had to do something to help.
That was where Writers for Relief: an Anthology to Benefit the Survivors
of Katrina, was born. This benefit has allowed him to work with authors he
never would have imagined possible so early on in his career. These
include Larry Niven, Nancy Kress, Brian Aldiss, Eugie Foster, Gardner
Dozois, Joe Haldeman and numerous others. All proceeds from the book will
be going to the American Red Cross to help the survivors of Katrina.

A second volume is currently in the works the line up includes Eugie
Foster, Jody Lynn Nye, A.C. Crispin, John Ringo, David Drake, M.M.
Buckner, Tim Pratt, David Gerrold, Todd McCaffrey, along with a whole host
of other talented Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror writers. This time around
Writers for Relief Vol. 2 will benefit the Bay Area Food Bank.
